We may collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, support messages or other details you send when contacting us.

We may also collect limited technical data automatically, including device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, diagnostics and anonymous usage events needed to operate, secure and improve our products.

If a CDNG app requests access to a device capability such as notifications, photos, camera, microphone or local storage, that access is intended only for the feature that requires it. We do not request access without a product reason.

We use information to provide and maintain our services, respond to support requests, fix bugs, monitor performance, improve user experience and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for unrelated third-party advertising.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics, crash diagnostics or related telemetry to understand product quality and improve the user experience. Where such tools are used, we prefer minimal collection and avoid gathering more data than is necessary for product improvement.

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligations. We retain information only for as long as needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, support ongoing customer requests or meet legal requirements.

Our apps or website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payments, authentication or customer support. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and only to the extent required to perform their services.

When you contact us for support, we process the information you send to us, including your email address, the content of your message and any optional attachments. We use that information only to respond to your request, investigate the issue and improve product quality where relevant.

We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, with legal authorities when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets. We limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary.

Our services are not knowingly directed to children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
